Therapeutics

Therapy at Highest Springs focuses on enhancing mental health through a collaborative, professional partnership. Talking to a professional offers a private, judgment-free space that’s often hard to find with friends or family.

To ensure a positive working relationship, we offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation, available both in-person and online. This meeting allows clients to determine if the partnership feels right and confirm that therapy is the best path forward.

Individual 60-minute sessions are held in person, over the phone, or via Zoom. This dedicated time provides a private space for clients to reflect, explore options, and take meaningful action. It is an opportunity to gain a fresh perspective from a professional who respects your experience and focuses entirely on your unique needs.

To achieve sustainable results, most clients will need consistent sessions over several months, with the exact number of sessions tailored to their specific needs. This practice may operate on a flexible, session-by-session basis, requiring no long-term commitment and allowing clients to stop at any time once their goals are met.

When appropriate, full interventions are used to interrupt and reshape deep-seated negative thoughts, emotional responses, and limiting behaviors. These intensive sessions typically take between five and eight hours, allowing clients to let go of entrenched patterns and establish healthier ways of moving forward.

Therapy helps you feel better through three core steps:

Release

Clear away heavy emotions like anger, sadness, fear, and guilt.

Empower

Overcome anxiety and boost your confidence, drive, and focus.

Thrive

Set clear goals to build a meaningful and rewarding future.

This approach supports navigating mental health struggles such as grief, bad habits, past trauma, anxiety, lack of confidence, anger, eating disorders, phobias, addictions, long term health issues or past abuse.

Drawing on years of clinical experience we facilitate change through a combination of Timeline Therapy®, NLP, Hypnotherapy and Qigong techniques.

Timeline Therapy®

A process for clearing past negative emotions and limiting beliefs by shifting how past events are organized and perceived.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

A practical approach that explores how thought patterns affect behavior, helping to replace old habits with more effective ways of thinking.

Hypnotherapy

Where appropriate, this uses a state of calm, focused relaxation to help the mind adopt more helpful perspectives.  The client stays fully in control throughout, ensuring the process simply supports and instills the growth of positive qualities they value, such as confidence and motivation.

Qigong techniques

Reflecting on over 20 years of Tai Chi practice, Daoist philosophy, meditation and Qigong inner mind practice are used to enhance perspective and create a safe internal space for each client
